Brendon Moss currently works as a Design and Construction Associate for Tishman Speyer’s European Portfolio.

A Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Brendon started his career at Arup, in Building Services and then moved on to specialise in Facades and Building Physics. During his time at Arup, Brendon developed the Emerging Technology Group, working with manufactures / products and researching new technologies and materials for the building industry.

Brendon was awarded Membership to the Institute of Engineers Sainsbury Management Fellowship in 2006. Brendon then went onto complete an MBA at London Business School, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate.

In 2007, Brendon worked for GE Real Estate as part of their Acquisitions Team, after which he joined Tishman Speyer’s Leadership Development Program. Brendon currently works on existing real estate developments in Germany, France and the UK as well as acquisitions around Europe.
