Construction completes on Porter School of Environmental Sciences in Tel Aviv
A collaboration of Geotectura, Axelrod-Grobman Architects and Chen Architects has seen its design for the new Porter School of Environmental Sciences (PSES) Building come to life in Tel Aviv. The first green building to be completed on the Tel Aviv University Campus, this new education facility has been designed by an expert team to deliver Israel’s first LEED Platinum building. Students using the PSES Building will be invited to analyse how the building works in order to further inform their studies. The public will also be invited to access the building and use it as a resource tool. The operation of the environmental systems will be available to visitors and students, enabling them to assess the solar and thermal energy-based air conditioning, bioclimatic technologies, and measurement & control systems.
