Former BBG-BBGM partners launch new firm

After working together as partners at BBG-BBGM for two decades, Jeffery M. Williams AIA, Yann A. Leroy, AIA, Kate F. Greenwood, Paul Greenwood and Patrick Lo have formed studioaria, a global architecture and interior design practice with studios in New York City, Sydney and Shanghai.

The firm takes its name from its dual focus on architecture and interior architecture. ‘Ar’ represents architecture and ‘ia’ represents interior architecture. In a news release, the company said it has been awarded six substantial commissions since opening its doors on 1 January but makes no reference to specific projects except to say that two are located in Europe and three are in China.
