ThirdWay Group launch architectural design arm

Leading design and build specialists The ThirdWay Group, is pleased to announce its expansion into commercial architecture. Through a strategic venture, it can now offer its clients a fully rounded service, providing professional design guidance throughout the building process in addition to the group’s existing in-house interior and furniture businesses. Founding directors Liam Spencer and Petr Esposito, will support The ThirdWay Group in its mission to produce creative workspaces in the UK.

Having previously worked for award winning west-end practice MATT architecture, the directors bring a wealth of commercial experience across the UK. Previous large-scale projects include the redevelopment of two 45,000 sq ft buildings in Wimbledon, Pinnacle House and Wellington House. These sites are most notable for identifying opportunity early in the design stage, enabling the existing floorspace to be doubled and creating landmark buildings in Wimbledon’s commercial centre.

Founder of The ThirdWay Group Ben Gillam comments on the announcement: “Providing architectural design services has been a long-term ambition for us and I am confident we have found the right team to lead us in this area. Meeting our clients’ needs is essential to our business and industry, ensuring the London commercial market remains at the forefront for workplace design in Europe”. ThirdWay Architecture’s key focuses are centred around unlocking potential and understanding the specialist conditions of every site, in order to create spaces that challenge the fast-paced industry of workplace design.
