Gensler announced today that Nigel Lea has joined its London office as a Design Director, strengthening the firm’s architectural expertise and augmenting its commercial office, retail centres and mixed-use practices in the UK and Europe.

Nigel joins Gensler from Conran & Partners where he was a Director working with Sir Terence Conran, developing and leading the company’s architectural team within the London office. He is a highly skilled architect who brings over 20 years’ experience, having led the design of award-winning office, residential, hospitality, retail and masterplanning projects in London – notably the new London Stock Exchange in the heart of the City of London and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in Knightsbridge during his time at Eric Parry Architects – as well as major developments in the UK regions, Europe and Asia.
