Ian Simpson Architects has officially changed its name to SimpsonHaugh and Partners LLP. The new name reflects the new structure of the practice as an LLP and recognises the significant contribution that co-founder, Rachel Haugh, has made to the successful growth of the practice.
Rachel Haugh said: “We are delighted to be able to formally welcome our new partners, each of whom has already made a valuable contribution and will continue to add depth and strength to what we can offer as a practice.”
Over the last 27 years Ian Simpson Architects, now SimpsonHaugh and Partners LLP, has compiled an impressive portfolio of award-winning projects, and shared belief in the power of high quality design to lead the regeneration of post-industrial cities and initiate new contemporary architectural identities.
Ian Simpson and Rachel Haugh are co-founders and Senior Partners/Board members of the practice. The new partners have joined the practice are: Richard Jackson, David Green, Christian Male, Nick Fleming, Kelly Patel, Dave Moyes, Matthew Ayres, David MacDonald, Nick Owen, Mark Savage and Helen Trott.
The practice, recently awarded BD’s Office Architect of the Year, is set to consolidate its success, expanding both creatively and commercially with landmark buildings both nationally and internationally.
