Green light for Fielden House at London Bridge

Planning approval has been granted for the Renzo Piano Building Workshop-designed Fielden House at London Bridge Quarter. The sleek mixed-use building will be located in close proximity to The Shard with a complementary aesthetic. The developer is Seller Property Group.

The project includes the demolition of existing buildings on the site and the construction of a 149-unit apartment building with 1,800 sq m of flexible retail space. There are also three levels of basement car parking plus hard and soft landscaping. The building height will be split between 16 and 26 storeys.
