2014 Design Awards celebrated across three grand Los Angeles venues

The winners of the 2014 Design Awards have been announced by the AIA Los Angeles Chapter. On 12 November, a total of 21 firms and 14 Presidential Honorees were presented with their awards during a grand evening celebrated in three venues: the Bradbury Building, the Million Dollar Theater, and Grand Central Market.

Presidential Honorees included, among others, A+D Museum Executive Director, Tibbie Dunbar, Hon. AIA|LA, Woodbury School of Architecture Dean, Norman Millar, AIA and Architecture Writer & Critic, Michael Webb, Hon. AIA|LA. The Building Team Award went to Emerson College L.A., and the Gold Medal went to Christopher C. Martin, FAIA and David C. Martin, FAIA of AC Martin Partners.
