Trump to open $360m hotel in Vancouver

The first Trump development in Vancouver is due to open in summer 2016 it was announced yesterday by Holborn Group and TA Global. Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver will be located in Downtown Vancouver’s Coal Harbour in a twisting tower designed by Arthur Erickson costing $360m.

Once complete, the building will reach 616ft into the city skyline at 57 storeys and encompass 218 individual residences, a champagne lounge, signature restaurant, Trump Spa, and banquet and conference centre. There will also be Canada’s first Mar-a-Lago Spa by Ivanka Trump, ‘influenced by the iconic club’s sophisticated and elegant style’. The residences will range in size from 644 sq ft to 2,117 sq ft with the elite penthouses from 3,500 sq ft to 4,400 sq ft.
