New blog offers technical specialists advice on how to use social media for everything except marketing

Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and StumbleUpon are used as a matter of course by those seeking extra publicity for a new project or innovative product design, but these informal outlets offer much more besides a stand for self-promotion. Global B2B Communications Social Media is a new blog run by Amy Munice, founder of Global B2B Communications, and a host of guest bloggers, which explains how technical specialists in the arts can utilise social networks for everything except marketing.

Munice explains: “I don’t think that I’m the only one who is getting bombarded with solicitations by self-proclaimed social media marketing ‘experts’ and so-called educational materials on that subject that are incredibly light on real content.
