Mace, SPb Renovation and Bryden Wood scoop £1bn Gutenborg project in Russia
A £1bn contract for delivery partner of the expansive Gutenborg project in St. Petersburg, Russia has been won by international firm Mace. The team will provide project management, design management, cost management, construction management and technical supervision on the scheme. Plot Architects and Chassis Designers & Engineers the scheme are Bryden Wood.
Rob Ewen, Director at Mace, said: “We are thrilled to have won such a challenging and significant project that will inspire change in the residential infrastructure of St. Petersburg by delivering a better standard of both accommodation and living experience through the quality of design and construction performance.”
